Delivery Information:

 

Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. Orders leave ITS warehouse within one business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the delivery method you choose and where you are located.

 

This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days. Prices for our standard delivery service for most Canada postal codes and US zip codes would be calculated within our shopping cart.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

 

Shipping Companies:

 

ITS Smartphone uses established shipping companies such as Canada Post, UPS to deliver your goods. We have long and excellent relationships, and ship thousands of orders each year. All orders can be tracked online. 

 

Return Policy:

 

At ITS Smartphone we strive that all our products will not prove faulty, but occasionally faults do arise. It is our aim to deal with these issues, as quickly as possible. You may return all new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the shipping cost when returning any items. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If the item has been opened and used then we will either exchange the item or process a refund

 

Please make sure that the product is packed and securely sound to avoid transit damage. We will arrange for collection of the product and will advise you as to when this will take place. We reserve the right to make a small handling charge should the product be found to be in full working order once we receive it back. 

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and about (5 to 10 business days) it takes your bank to process the refund request.

 

All our repairs include a 30 day limited Warranty, this warranty covers functionality that were addressed during the repair. Any liquid or physical damage on the device housing or screen will void all warranties from ITS Smartphone. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
